- How does this work?
One person, the group admin, purchases the subscription with 3 licenses, including the admin. After purchasing the group plan, the admin can invite others to the group. When an email is added to the group, we will create an invite link and then send an email with the invitation to the individual. Additionally, if the user is already a Moises user, they will get a product notification for the invitation. The group admin can add and remove anyone within the allotted limit. - I have a bigger group; can I add more people to my plan?
Yes! The minimum team size is 3, but you can easily purchase additional licenses at the same low per license price. - How can I manage my group?
On your account's profile, you will see the management options to invite, remove, or add members only through the web or desktop app. - Can I purchase this plan from the App Store, Play Store, or PayPal?
This option is not currently available. You can only purchase a group plan with a credit card on our Web and Desktop App. - I have a Pro subscription, and someone invited me to a Premium group. If I accept, will I lose my subscription?
If you accept an invitation to a premium group, you will join the group and continue to get the pro features while your individual subscription is still active. On the web or Android stores, we will automatically cancel the renewal of your existing subscription; on iOS, we will guide you through the process. Once your existing subscription expires, you will then get your team's premium access. No refunds or credits are given when you join a team with an active subscription, so be sure to consider your best options. - I have a personal subscription and want to purchase a Group plan. Can I do that?
The group plan is currently only supported through our Stripe payment flow. So if you have an active subscription through a different payment method (like mobile) you are not eligible to start a group plan at this time. - I'm a Group admin. Can I join someone else's team?
No. If you're a team admin, you cannot join another team. - I'm a group admin, and I canceled my group subscription. What happens next?
After the usage period, the group is dissolved, and all accounts return to the Free status.
