⚠️ Attention: You can only change the email from the Moises Web App. This option isn’t available in the Mobile App. Also, to change your email, please use another one which is not linked to a Moises account. It is not possible to change to an email that is already registered in another Moises account.
To change your email, follow the step-by-step instructions:
- Open our website and log in.
- Click on your username (top right corner) and then "⚙️Account Settings".
- Click the "Edit" button and then "Change email". You will be directed to the page with the instructions for changing the email address.
- Click "Log out to continue". You will be redirected to the login screen to register a new email address.
- When you log in again, you will be redirected to the "Change email" page. Below you will see a field (New email address) for registering your new email address. After typing it in, click "Save new email".
- That's it! The following message will appear once your email has been changed: The email has been successfully updated.
