If you subscribed to Premium using an international card, follow the step-by-step below to change your plan:
- Access the Moises Web App from your browser and log in.
- Click on your profile photo or username, then click on "⚙️ Account Settings"
- Click on "Manage Subscription"
- Click the "Update Plan" button to be directed to the upgrade page
- Then select the "Yearly" option under "Plans Available"
- Click on "Continue"
- On the next page, click "Confirm" to complete your plan change
That's it! After the confirmation, your plan will become Yearly.
PayPal
If you subscribed on Premium through PayPal, you'll need to cancel your subscription directly with the company and wait for the end of the period you have already paid. After this period, your account will become Free again, and you can subscribe to our Yearly plan.
APP STORE AND GOOGLE PLAY STORE
If you're looking to switch from a Monthly to a Yearly subscription and you initially made the purchase through the App Store or Play Store, here's what you need to do:
- Cancel your current monthly subscription in the respective store.
- Once the current billing cycle ends, you can then purchase the Yearly subscription.
