Without Apple Music installed on your device, it makes it hard for Moises to find your purchased songs and to search your iTunes for other not-purchased songs.
If you choose not to install Apple Music, you must do the process of downloading your purchased songs directly from iTunes.
How to solve it?
- Go to iTunes and search for the purchased song you want to add
- Download the song
- Go back to Moises, search for the song you want, and click on the (+) plus button
- The song you downloaded on iTunes should appear
- Select the song and follow the next steps
