My payment failed. What should I do?

  • Updated

A payment failure is beyond our control as it depends on factors related to the purchase evaluation, which is automatically carried out by our payment processing system, and the approval of the card used for the purchase.

There are several reasons why a payment might fail, and it's more common than you might think.

It could be due to a single incorrect digit, the card brand not being accepted, the currency not being supported by your bank, or a misplaced dot.

For all those cases, the best options are:

  1. Make sure you are inserting the correct information.
  2. Make sure your bank accepts the currency in which you are buying.
  3. Make sure your card is accepted. Check here.
  4. If, after checking your information, you still get a failed payment message, contact your bank as soon as possible. They will be able to tell you what is going on with more details.

You can also contact our Support Team for more information so we can better understand how to help you.
