Clearing your cache data can significantly enhance your phone's performance. Often, when numerous files are stored on your device, they accumulate data that can hinder its efficiency. To address this issue, follow these simple steps:
- Click on the profile icon at the bottom left side of your screen.
- Open General settings (top right icon);
- Tap on "Free up device storage;"
- Tap on "Continue;"
- Wait for the process to finish;
- Confirm the process happened by verifying all your songs with a small cloud icon;
- All your cache is now clean.
Please note that when this is done, the songs must be downloaded again to play offline. The songs are not deleted from your Moises account; only the files are erased to clear space in the phone's memory.
