I can't export my Mastering file. What can it be?

If you have any problems exporting, try the steps below:

  • Clear your browser's cache history.
  • Try a different browser or change devices.
  • Also, try using your browser in incognito mode.
  • Check your internet connection; make sure you're connected to high-speed internet to avoid download interruptions.

We support the following browsers: Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox.

⚠️ Please note that exporting all Mastering files is only available under the Pro plan. Premium can only export the reference track.

If, even after trying these steps, your download does not work, reach out to our Customer Support Team with more details, such as the device model, the file format, and a screen recording of the issue, and ensure to contact us with the same Moises account information you are trying to upload your files to.
