Upgrading your account is very simple. Check out the step-by-step below:
Upgrade through the Web App
- Log in with your email address on the Moises home page under the "Login" button;
- Then click on your username and on "Unlock all features;"
- Choose either the Monthly or Yearly plan;
- Choose between Premium or Pro according to your needs, and click on the respective button to continue. (If you are already on the Premium plan, upgrading to the Pro plan will not include a free trial period).
- Choose the best payment method for you: Credit Card or PayPal (PayPal is not available for purchasing the Pro plan).
- That's it! Once your payment is approved, your account will be automatically upgraded.
Upgrade via Mobile App
iOS
- Within the Moises App, click the "Get Started" button in the Upgrade banner on the profile page.
- On the next page, choose between the Monthly or Yearly plan.
- Check the purchase details and click "Choose Plan."
- Done! Once your payment is approved, your account will be automatically upgraded.
Android
- Within the Moises App, click the "Get Started" button in the Upgrade banner on the profile page.
- On the next page, choose between the Monthly or Yearly plan.
- Check the purchase details and click "Choose Plan."
- Done! Once your payment is approved, your account will be automatically upgraded.

⚠️ ATTENTION: Subscriptions are automatically renewed. You must unsubscribe at least 24 hours before the renewal date to cancel and avoid a new renewal cycle.
