The Metronome is out of sync

If you notice that the metronome is playing out of sync on your device, you can try this:

MOBILE / iPad

  • Please make sure you are running the latest version of your mobile's operating system.
  • Try closing other apps that may be consuming the device's processing power.
  • Close and reopen the Moises App.
  • Re-upload your file, and process it again. Then test the Metronome
  • Download the metronome track from the Mobile App and check if the metronome is still out of sync. Learn how to download the metronome here.

WEB

  • Please make sure you are running the latest version of your browser. 
  • Try closing other tabs that may be consuming the device's processing power.
  • Close and reopen the Moises App.
  • Clear your cache history.
  • Re-upload your file, and process it again. Then test the Metronome
  • Download the metronome track from the Web App and check if the metronome is still out of sync. Learn how to download the metronome here.

DESKTOP

  • Log out of your account. Close and reopen the Moises App.
  • Re-upload your file, and process it again. Then test the Metronome.
  • Uninstall the Desktop App and install it again. Re-upload your file, and process it again. Then test the Metronome one more time.
  • Download the metronome track from the Web App and check if the metronome is still out of sync. Learn how to download the metronome here.

Our Artificial Intelligence is constantly learning, and results may vary. The metronome will follow the beats for most tracks, even if the speed changes.
