I am unable to make In-app purchases. What to do? (iOS users)

If you have tried to upgrade to a different subscription plan on an iOS device and received the message "In-App Purchases are not allowed," it means that your in-app purchases are disabled.

But don't worry - it's easy to fix! ✅

Follow the step-by-step below to learn how to enable it.

How to enable In-App Purchases

  1. Open the Settings on your iOS device
  2. Tap "Screen Time"
  3. Tap "Content and Privacy Restriction"

⚠️ If "Restrictions" is disabled, enable it to be able to access the next options

  1. Tap "iTunes and App Store Purchases"
  2. Tap "In-App Purchases" and "Allow"
  3. Tap "Back" and close Settings

That's it! You will now be able to upgrade your Moises account to Premium.
