Maybe you have a duplicate account, want to take a break from Moises, or just decided to start from scratch with a new account. No hard feelings!
To delete your Moises account, you will need to have the App installed on your smartphone. The Web App doesn't allow you to delete accounts. WARNING: Before deleting your account, make sure you aren't a Moises subscriber. If you are, you need to cancel your subscription first.
Here is how to delete your account:
- Open the Moises App on your smartphone
- Under the Profile tab, click on Settings (⚙️)
- Tap Account Information, and then Delete My Account
However, if you are unable to delete your account through the App, you can send us a request directly, and we will proceed with the account deletion. Access this link to open a request; select the option "Account & Login," and on 'Request Type' select "I want to delete my account."
After deleting your Moises account, you can use the same email address to create a new account in the future, but you will lose all data from the old one. You will not be able to regain access to the songs in your library, nor will you be able to recover edits to the tracks.
