This happens when you register your account on Moises using the Apple login button. For security reasons, Apple gives you a choice between sharing your email with us or hiding your email from us. In most cases, Apple users will choose to hide it from us and any other registration they do through that button, so Apple creates a random email for you to share with us, which will be your login mode/email. That's this Private Relay Apple ID email that you are seeing.
To log into your Premium account, you will always need to use the Apple login button and ensure that you are logged on the same Apple ID of the device you were logged in to when you created your Moises account.
If you chose that login mode in a hurry and want a different one, you can change it by following a few steps.
- Change your email.
- After changing the email (ensure you verified your account), you can use the "Forgot Password" button on the login page and create a password for this email, which will be your login mode. You can access your Premium account using your email and password, not the Apple login button.
