Nonetheless, we recognize that exceptional circumstances may arise. In such cases, each situation will be carefully reviewed by our team or assessed automatically by our system to determine if an exception can be made.
To check if you're eligible, please send us a request following these specific steps:
- Open our Help Center page https://help.moises.ai/;
- At the top of the page, click on “Submit a request;”
- Select the option “Payment;”
- Fill out the correct information about the account you purchased your plan.
- Once you reach the option “Status,” select the item “I'd like to check if I'm eligible for a refund.”
- Continue filling out the information required on the form, as this will expedite the analysis.
Please note that it may take up to 10 days for the complete analysis.
PURCHASES VIA APPLE'S SYSTEM (APP STORE)
As per Apple's direction, we are not allowed any access to their billing systems; therefore, we cannot process refunds if your purchase was made via Apple.
If your plan was purchased via the App Store, reach out to us with the form mentioned above, and we will give you instructions on how to request a refund if you're eligible.
