The iTunes app can be a little tricky sometimes, and depending on how iTunes stores the files, it may take some more time to gather them all. Please ensure you have purchased the songs from iTunes and are not using Apple Music. Moises cannot process songs from streaming services.
Here are some things you may try:
- Search the songs in the Moises search bar. Once the song appears under iTunes, with a + button, you can click on it to add the song.
- If the song is still not showing, go to your iTunes App and delete the download from your device; once you do that, you can immediately download the song to your device again, go back to Moises, and repeat the search. The song should show then.
- Another option, according to Apple's team, is to go to your device's account settings, then go to "media and purchase" and log out. Then log in again and then all songs will be available. Apple says this is a known issue in their platform, so this workaround can help in these cases.
Another option you can try is if you have a computer with the iTunes store installed, in which you can try to upload the file. If so, please upload it using the Web App.
Here are the steps to upload from the Web App:
- Open Moises at https://moises.ai/.
- Log in with your Moises account.
- Click "Upload."
- Select Track Separation.
- Once another page opens, you will see "Local files."
- Click on "Drop your file here or browse
- An external page from your files will open; scroll down till you see the tab "Music."
- You will see all your Media there; search for the song you were trying to upload and click on it.
- See if it uploads then. Make sure your device is authorized to play your iTunes files.
