Currently, our system cannot directly downgrade accounts from Pro to Premium. However, you can cancel your Pro subscription and allow it to expire. After it reverts to a Free status, you can then purchase a Premium subscription. Rest assured, your files will be safe; you will not lose your songs when your account changes to the Free status.
