If you have purchased a plan via the App Store or Google Play Store, you can restore it to your preferred Moises account by following these steps. Please note that this option is only available for purchases made through the App Store or Google Play Store due to their specific settings. If your purchase was made directly on our website using Stripe, Ebanx, or PayPal, access can only remain on the original account used for the purchase.
Steps to Restore Your Purchase
- Access the Correct Moises Account:
- Log in to the new Moises account you created.
- Ensure you are using the same phone where your Google Play or App Store is installed.
- Make sure you are signed in with the account used to make the purchase.
- Your Moises account must be free for this process to work.
- Locate the "Unlock All Features" Option:
- A banner may appear on your screen, prompting you to unlock all features.
- If the banner does not appear, go to your "Profile" section to find the option.
- Restore Your Purchase:
- When the pricing page opens, scroll to the bottom of the page.
- Select "Restore Purchase."
- Follow the On-Screen Instructions:
- Complete the process as guided to successfully restore your purchased plan.
