You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancelling stops the auto-renewal, and you keep access to your plan's features until the end of the period you've already paid for — you can check that date in your Moises profile.
To cancel a subscription purchased through Ebanx, follow these steps:
- Log in to the Web App.
- Click your name or profile picture at the bottom left.
- Click "Account Settings".
- Click "Manage Subscription".
- Click "Deactivate".
