You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancelling stops the auto-renewal, and you keep access to your plan's features until the end of the period you've already paid for — you can check that date in your Moises profile.

To cancel a subscription purchased through PayPal, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the Web App.
  2. Click your name or profile picture at the bottom left.
  3. Click "Account Settings".
  4. Click "Manage Subscription".
  5. You will be redirected to PayPal. Log in if prompted.
  6. On the Payments page, select "Moises Systems Inc".
  7. Click "Cancel" and follow the prompts to finalize the cancellation.

If your PayPal email is different from your Moises email, follow these steps instead:

  1. Go to PayPal "Account settings".
  2. Select "Financial Information".
  3. Click "Manage automatic payments" and find the active payment to stop.
  4. Click "Cancel".
