You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancelling stops the auto-renewal, and you keep access to your plan's features until the end of the period you've already paid for — you can check that date in your Moises profile.
A subscription bought through the Google Play Store is managed by Google, so the cancellation is done in the Play Store and not inside the Moises app. That is why the app itself only offers plan upgrades.
To cancel a subscription purchased through the Google Play Store, follow these steps:
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store.
- Make sure you are signed in with the correct Google Account.
- Tap "Menu", then "Subscriptions".
- Select the subscription you want to cancel.
