You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancelling stops the auto-renewal, and you keep access to your plan's features until the end of the period you've already paid for — you can check that date in your Moises profile.

To cancel a subscription purchased through Stripe, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the Web App.
  2. Click your name or profile picture at the bottom left.
  3. Click "Account Settings".
  4. Click "Manage Subscription".
  5. You will be redirected to Stripe's page.
  6. Follow the steps there to finalize the cancellation.
