- I'm a Free user and I can't upload more than 5 songs.
- I deleted the songs I uploaded and still can't upload another one.
- I only wanted to test the service before subscribing, and I can't upload anything.
Answer
On the Free plan, you can upload up to 5 files per month. You’ve hit that limit, so the “Upgrade” message is showing.
The limit counts the uploads made during the month, so deleting the files afterwards does not free those slots back up.
Your counter resets at the start of each calendar month. If you need more uploads now, upgrading to Premium or Pro removes the limit — the plans are at https://studio.moises.ai/billing/.
