How do I change my subscription from the Monthly plan to the Yearly plan?

If you subscribed to a Moises Plan using an international card, follow the step-by-step below to change your plan:

  1. Access the Moises Web App from your browser and log in.
  2. Click on your profile photo or username, then click on "⚙️ Account Settings."
  3. Click on "Manage Subscription."
  4. Click the "Update Plan" button to be directed to the upgrade page
  5. Then select the "Yearly" option under "Plans Available."
  6. Click on "Continue."
  7. On the next page, click "Confirm" to complete your plan change.

That's it! After the confirmation, your plan will become Yearly.

PayPal

If you subscribed to a Moises Plan through PayPal, you'll need to cancel your subscription directly with the company and wait for the end of the period you have already paid. After this period, your account will become Free again, and you can subscribe to our Yearly plan.

APP STORE

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Tap your name, then tap Subscriptions.
  3. Tap the name of the subscription that you want to change.
  4. Tap See All Plans, then follow the onscreen instructions to complete your purchase.

GOOGLE PLAY STORE

Changing your plan from a Monthly to a Yearly subscription on the Google Play Store requires a different step.

  1. Cancel your current Monthly subscription and wait for its expiration date.
  2. Once your subscription has expired, you can purchase a Yearly subscription
